The Italians gardening methods are influenced by the Moon phases, based on the cultural belief that the moon (Luna Cycle) has the ability to not only pull tidal waters but to feed water and nutrients to the delicate roots of the kitchen garden. In the same way that the Luna Cycle powers Mediterranean gardening methods the Luna cycle influences the seasonality of our menus.
